Here’s an insightful article I’ve found to be fairly accurate with my clients experience about improvements you should do and shouldn’t. How many of these do you wish you had done? (Think floor to ceiling windows). How many did you do and then later realize you never use them? (think Jacuzzi tubs) I’m partial to the 27 car garage in the splurge section of the article.
